The Negotiator Awards is the UK’s leading independent awards programme for estate and letting agents, their suppliers, and the residential property industry.

Indigo Greens are pleased to announce that we have been shortlisted for two categories Estate Agency of the year (small) and Regional Agency of the Year: Yorkshire The Humber.

Announcing the 2022 shortlist, Publishing Director Grant Leonard said, “The significance and importance of the Awards is reflected in the high quality and quantity of entries we’ve seen this year, underlining this as the leading awards programme in the sector.” He continued, “We have a panel of 24 of the most experienced, achieved and respected people in the industry, judging the entries. Our judging process is the most robust, open and transparent process of any property awards, meaning that winning really demonstrates to the industry and your customers that you are the best.”

Director of Indigo Greens, Emma, said “I am immensely proud of my team. For a small independent estate agency we are up against some big players in the industry, for us to be shortlisted is a massive achievement. No matter what happens on the night I know my team are winners already.”

The finalists and winners will be announced at a gala dinner at Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London on the evening of 25th November 2022.
