Simon is one of the Directors at Indigo Greens and founded the company back in 2017 along with Emma. He has over 20 years experience of selling and valuing properties in York as well as Pocklington and the surrounding area. Emma is our Co-Director and founded Indigo Greens Estate Agents in York with Simon in 2017. Emma runs the office day to day and supports her team to be the best they can be by offering support, guidance and training. This is then reflected in the team’s excellent performance and customer service.

Izzy Shutt - Sales Progressor
Izzy is our sales progressor at Indigo Greens Estate Agents and started with us as an apprentice in 2020. Izzy has since gained her level 2 Estate Agency qualification and is working towards completing her level 3. Izzy is keen to make sure everything goes smoothly for the sellers and buyers and is super happy when a property completes.

Florence is a new trainee at Indigo Greens and started with us in 2024. Florence is currently studying Management and Administration within business and is aiming to achieve her level 3 qualification at the end of her two year course. Florence likes to make sure she is determined to complete her work so that she can develop her knowledge within the business.
