Indigo Greens has officially won Gold for Regional Agency of the Year: Yorkshire & The Humber at The Negotiator Awards 2025, in partnership with Zoopla — and we couldn’t be more excited.
The Negotiator Awards are known as the benchmark for estate and letting agents across the UK, so to take home a Gold award at this level is something incredibly special. This year’s ceremony was held on 28th November at the iconic Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane — the perfect backdrop for what’s often called the “property party of the year.”
With comedian Marcus Brigstocke hosting, a record-breaking number of entries, and 35 categories packed with outstanding talent, the atmosphere was electric. More than 140 agencies and suppliers walked away with accolades, making the competition fiercer than ever.
